Fill the Trucks - Donation Guidelines
As part of this year’s District Conference, we invite attendees to participate in our “Fill the Trucks” service initiative. Two trucks will be on site — one supporting MESA (Medical Equipment and Supplies Abroad) and one supporting Second Harvest Food Bank of North Central Ohio.

MESA collects medical equipment and practical household items to support global humanitarian efforts.
Wheelchairs
Walkers
Scooters and knee scooters
CPAP and BiPAP machines
Blankets
Computers and laptops
Keyboards and monitors
Transfer benches
Potty chairs
Eyeglasses
Shoes (adult and children)
Children’s toys (no batteries required)
Children’s diapers
Adult diapers
Items with expiration dates
Books
Clothing (at this time)
PPE
Liquids
Medications
Second Harvest collects non-perishable food items to support local families in need.
Unopened, non-perishable canned and dry goods
Items within expiration date
Products with labels fully intact and readable
Glass containers
Rusted, dented, or damaged cans
Expired items
Opened products
Items with defaced or covered labels
Your donations help support both local and global efforts, and your participation in this initiative makes a meaningful impact.
Attendees who bring donations will be recognized during the conference.
