Michael has authored Work Hacks, the How to Grow Your Service Club book and Hmmm: Little Ideas With Big Results. He also has a highly-rated online speaker coaching system titled, Present Like a Pro. Michael is a two-time TEDx speaker.

Dr. Mary Berge
A Licensed Psychologist, Mary is the founder and CEO of Dr. Mary Berge and Associates, a Private Practice mental health group serving patients in two Pennsylvania counties. She specializes in working with first responders, trauma, intimacy, and relationship issues.
She is also the founder and CEO of Insight Lab (insightlabnow.com), an online service which provides users with digital tools, resources, education and seminars for self-determination, and self-improvement.
Mary has been an active Rotarian for 22 years having first been introduced to Rotary in 2002 via the Rotary Foundation’s Group Study Exchange, as a team member to Sweden. Since then, Mary has served as District Governor (2008-2009), Zone 28-29 North American Membership Project Lead, Zone 29 Rotary Coordinator, and Training Leader / Training Leader Support for the International Assembly (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022). Mary served as Programs Chair for the 2019 Zone 33 and 34 Leadership Summit, and in 2022 as the DGE lead trainer for the Zone 33-34 Leadership Summit. She was a voting delegate to the Council on Legislation in 2016 and 2022, and she has served as a President’s Representative on seven occasions, including in the Philippines. Mary is a frequent national and international Rotary keynote speaker, most recently speaking at the 2024 Rotary International Global Events Seminar on the topic of mental health. Mary also served as the Chair of the Rotary International Learning Committee from 2023-2025.
Mary has received Rotary’s Five Avenues of Service Award, and the Rotary Foundation Citation for Meritorious Service. As Club President, she received the District 7330 Club of the Year award and was also named Rotarian of the Year. She and her husband Ivar have participated in numerous hands-on service projects in Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic and India, and they are Arch Klump Society members, and members of the foundation’s Legacy Society.
