Did your club send your Presidents-Elect to PETS?
As a token of appreciation for Presidents-Elects who participated in PETS and to help them continue their leadership journey as President of their club in 2026-2027, The District is pleased to offer a $65 attendance credit for Saturday, April 25.
How the credit works:
Flexibility: This credit can be applied toward registration on Saturday.
Transferability: While we would love to see Presidents-Elect there personally, if they are unable to attend, this $65 credit can be used by any other member of their club.
Reimbursement: To simplify the process, please register as usual. Following the conference, a reimbursement check for $65 will be issued to the Presidents-Elect or their designated club representative who attended.

Help us make an impact by participating in our “Fill the Trucks” initiative during the District Conference.
We will have two trucks on site:
MESA (Medical Equipment and Supplies Abroad)
Second Harvest Food Bank of North Central Ohio
Attendees are encouraged to bring donations to help fill both trucks and support important local and global efforts. Please view the donation guidelines at the link below.
Participants who bring donations will be recognized and rewarded during the conference.
As part of this year’s District Conference, participants will take part in a hands-on service project assembling Birthday Cake Packages for children in foster care, kinship care, and families facing financial hardship.
Each package includes non-perishable items needed to celebrate a child’s birthday, including cake mix, frosting, candles, and more.
Every child deserves to celebrate their birthday.
Help us put smiles on faces by making it possible for families to create a special moment for their child.
We invite attendees to support this project by contributing today.
$10 provides supplies for one Birthday Cake Package
Donations will be used to purchase materials in advance so that participants can assemble the kits during the conference.
Completed kits will be distributed to local nonprofits and agencies serving families in need.
